Drive ¾ of a mile through the woods on a private road to reach this 5 bedroom, 3 full bath house on Eelman’s Point, with a spectacular view of Pleasant Bay and The Narrows. Enjoy amazing views of the Bay, Sipson’s Island, Strong Island, and Nauset Beach while relaxing on the deck or balcony, or through the many large windows in the kitchen, living room and family room. 

This mid-century modern house has amazing natural light and spacious, open architecture with three fireplaces. Custom designed light fixtures and furniture add to its character and elegance.

This timeless summer rental also boasts several outdoor amenities.  Relax on the oversized sundeck or large balcony or firepit overlooking the Bay, or play volleyball, soccer, badminton, croquet, etc., on the large lawn. A three-minute walk from the house to the edge of Pleasant Bay gives private access to the beach and water.  It’s hard to believe that it is only a 10 minute drive from this secluded property to downtown Orleans or Chatham!

For your convenience, the house is equipped with several amenities: an outdoor shower, fire pit, gas grill, washer & dryer, dishwasher, microwave, wireless internet (wi-fi), and cable television. With 5 comfortable bedrooms, ten people can easily sleep at Eelman’s Point House. There are also many amenities for families with children.

Rates

The Eelman’s Point House can sleep 10 people in the 5 bedrooms + full size sleeper sectional (in Den). There are 3 full baths + an outdoor shower, and plenty of open space for all to gather and enjoy the beauty of Pleasant Bay. Immediate private beach access is only a 3 minute walk from the house.
